Making sure the venue has all the requirements to accommodate your meeting/dining space and adequate bedrooms for your event.

A boat trip on Erne Water taxi – a wonderful way to explore Lough Erne from the waterways.

Organising the Porsche Golf Tournament was a highlight so far.

My favourite space is the Members Loft, it has a cozy relaxing feel that is perfect for a more intimate event.

I am proud of having such a wonderful property in Fermanagh and the team at Lough Erne Resort feel like a family.

I would plan the next G7 as I wasn’t here during the G8 that resort hosted in 2013.

Events Co-ordinator

Arlene Mcpartland

Arlene spent many years in the insurance industry before spending time in New York and then joining the Resort in 2018.

Over the last 4 years Arlene has gained valuable knowledge of the Hotel and its services. She deals with group enquiries for Weddings, golf outings and family getaways.

Being organised, knowing your budget and finding the right location to suit all your needs.

Boatyard Distillery Gin Tour – you are guaranteed a lovely afternoon at the gin tour. Stanley the tour guide is so informative and friendly, and you can’t go wrong with tasting some delicious gin along the way!

I helped with the product launch for an exclusive car brand.

Ross Suite – Lots of space and natural daylight with beautiful views of Castle Hume Lough

The great team at the resort and the picturesque views.

I would plan some kind of weekend music festival to make the most of the outdoor space available at the Resort

Events Co-ordinator

Aine Mcgirr

Aine studied a degree in Hospitality and Tourism which taught her many skills for the working world of a hotel.

Aine very much enjoys hands on working in a customer facing role. With 7 years working in the resort Aine has a wealth of knowledge of the resorts products and services.

4 years were spent working front of house in the food and beverage side of the resort, followed by a further 3 years learning the world of Sales and Events.

Booking as early as possible in advance to secure your event and coming to view the space in person

Don’t let the weather affect you with a fun filled afternoon spent out on the Lough out Paddleboarding. It’s a fantastic new activity which we offer in the Spring/Summer seasons.

I organised an amazing fashion event including a catwalk, who included an afternoon tea for all guests and special goody bags/gifts. Not forgetting the influencers that were invited on the day who I got to meet.

I love the Loughside suite, which is a private room in our Clubhouse. It was incredible Panoramic views of the Fermanagh Lakelands and loads of space for events.

I have met some of my closest friends since working here at the resort, as a whole we have so much love for the place and that is why we find it so easy to sell to our customers as it sells itself.

I would plan the World Irish Dancing Championships.
