With its cosy sink-into seating and warm lighting, the Blaney Bar offers good old-fashioned Irish hospitality with a modern twist, right in the heart of the resort. Our menu is a love letter to traditional dishes passed down through the generations, served up alongside the best local craft beers and whiskies that our bartenders can get their hands on.

The Blaney Bar is open daily for dinner and drinks. Food is served from 12.00pm - 9.30pm

No Bookings Required

The Blaney Bar does not accept bookings and operates on a first arrival basis.

Feel the Irish heritage and culture

Paying tribute to centuries of Irish cooking, each of our dishes is made using locally sourced produce from trusted suppliers.

From delicate, whiskey-cured salmon to hearty stews and soups, our Executive Chef, Stephen Holland, uses recipes passed down from his grandmother, celebrating a culture of good eating. Relax and savour the views of the Fermanagh Lakelands with a beer or one of our many Irish whiskies, including a selection from neighbouring distilleries. Or ask our bartenders to create a bespoke cocktail and sample something a little different.

Executive Chef

Stephen Holland

For as long as Stephen can remember, his passion for great food was driven by his mum and Great Aunt Kathleen. After training in restaurants around the world, his approach has evolved to focus on natural produce, regional specialities and an openness to global influences.

"Irish cuisine today is in great shape, we have some of the world’s best suppliers on our doorsteps. It’s all about telling the customer about the food, but also the person behind the food."
