The finest of dining experiences
Championed by our team of chefs, every dish at The Catalina is a celebration of all things local.
We've curated a collection of trusted local suppliers to ensure that our menu changes with the seasons, reflecting both rich Irish flavours and our heritage. As passionate ambassadors for local produce, Executive Chef Stephen Holland and his culinary team believe that simplicity is often the key to creating cuisine that really showcases indigenous ingredients.

Executive Head Chef
Stephen Holland
For as long as Stephen can remember, his passion for great food was driven by his mum and Great Aunt Kathleen. After training in restaurants around the world, his approach has evolved to focus on natural produce, regional specialities and an openness to global influences.
"Irish cuisine today is in great shape, we have some of the world’s best suppliers on our doorsteps. It’s all about telling the customer about the food, but also the person behind the food."
