This competition will close for entry at midnight on Tuesday 24th December 2024 and winner will be drawn at random on Monday 6th January 2025, and contacted by email from the Lough Erne team, if the winner does not respond within 5 working days, we will redraw and the same conditions will apply.

• Winner will be selected at random and judges decision is final.
• Stay at Lough Erne Resort is subject to availability, based on two guests sharing and excludes use during a bank holiday or peak period.
• Lough Erne Resort is providing the accommodation and dining element of this prize while Prentice BMW are providing the rental of a BMW vehicle. Neither company are in any way associated with each other and are only responsible for their element of the competition prize.
• For BMW insurance purposes entrants from Republic of Ireland must be residents aged 25 or over and will be requested to provide additional insurance information to the below.
• For BMW insurance purposes entrants from Northern Ireland must be residents aged 25 or over with a full UK driving licence with a maximum of six penalty points.
• Only one entry per person. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• By entering this competition, entrants agree to the T&Cs, the terms of policy and allowing the winner's name to be used for promotional purposes unless stated otherwise.

• The winner of this competition agrees to collect and return the BMW vehicle from Prentice BMW showroom Seagoe Industrial Area, Portadown, BT63 5QD
• Lough Erne Resort has absolutely no liability in reference the BMW vehicle being supplied by Prentice BMW and the winner accepts to abide by the terms and conditions agreed between them and Prentice BMW.
• You must be able to answer 'yes' to each of the below questions on order to enter:
- You are aged between 25 and 80?
- Have held a full and valid driving licence applicable to the vehicle for no more than less than 12 months?
- You have not been disqualified from driving within the last 4 years?
- You have no more than 6 penalty points in the last 5 years?
- You have no prosecutions pending?
- You have no more than two fault claims in the last 5 years?
