Lough Erne Resort Launches Sensational New Tasting Experience

Lough Erne Resort has created a brand new seven-course tasting experience for its 3AA rosette Catalina Restaurant.

This tasting series, which will run on six dates from 20 January until 24 February, will feature premium wines from France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Australia and New Zealand, and the USA and Canada and these countries will also be the theme for each of the six dates.

Each evening will include hand-picked wines from the resort’s private cellar where diners will be taken on a journey of the country’s vineyards and given expert insight into the inspiration for each wine pairing.

The new tasting series will be £80pp for dinner and the wine pairing and has been produced by the resort’s experienced culinary team of Stephen Holland (Executive Head Chef), Noel McMeel (Culinary Director), and Mark Winter (Executive Sous Chef).
