Reservations, Reception & Housekeeping
Front Office consists of reception, reservations, concierge, guest relations and night porters who work as a close unit to ensure every guest need is anticipated and serviced. As a leading world class resort, our Front Office team are core to setting the service standards required by a 5 star property. Front Office provides the warmest of welcomes to our guests and competently promote the resort amenities whilst maintaining the highest standards of guest service. Housekeeping are responsible for cleaning and maintaining public areas as well as 120 Luxury Rooms and Suites to 5 star standard.
Food & Beverage
The Food and Beverage team includes serving guests throughout our various Dining Experiences which include The Catalina Restaurant, The Loughside Bar & Grill, The Blaney Bar, Afternoon Teas in The Garden Hall and The Halfway House. As a member of this Team you will also serve guests attending Conference and Events and Weddings at The Resort.
The Faldo Course & Faldo Academy
The Faldo designed championship course attracts players locally, nationally and on an international scale. We employ greenkeepers to maintain the course to its superb standards whilst golf concierge and the golf shop provide a level of guest service affiliated with any Faldo course. Our golf team are hard working, passionate about their sport, confident and possess excellent organisational and customer care skills.
The Thai Spa
Our Thai Spa is truly authentic with 8 treatment rooms, Mud Rasul, Infinity Pool, luxurious sauna and steam rooms. We employ 9 Thai therapists who carry out a diverse range of Thai massage and Spa treatments. They are complemented by a reception and attendant team who take time to ensure guests enjoy their truly Thai Spa experience in a clean and well maintained spa. Employees have a genuine interest in beauty and customer care and are pleasant, polite, discreet and professional in approach.
Sales & Marketing, Conferences & Events, Human Resources & Finance
Administration support play an important role in supporting the smooth running of operations and include Sales and Marketing, Event Management, Human Resources and Finance. Each function is recognised for their support and contribution to achieving and maintaining a luxury product and 5 star service.
