Lough Side Bar and Grill Manager

Required to manage the Lough Side Bar and Grill activities so as to maximise revenues, improve profitability and most importantly achieve consistent quality standards, by developing and executing marketing and upselling strategies, controlling operational costs and by delivering exceptional service and products at all times to guests. You will work to motivate each member of your team to ensure exceptional customer service at all times.

Candidates must have the following key attributes:

  • A relevant third level qualification
  • Minimum three years operational experience in a 4 deluxe or 5 star hotel / resort
  • Knowledge of AA service standards preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen
  • Strong influencing and relationship building skills
  • IT literacy

Casual Bar Tenders

You will be expected to provide a prompt and professional service to all of our guests. You will be expected to comply with licensing laws, health and safety legislation and departmental policies. Other duties include being fully conversant in the preparation and serving of cocktails and drinks to Lough Erne Resort standards, maintenance of stock, mise-en-place before and during service and processing of payments.

We are looking for Bar Tenders who has exceptional customer care skills, who enjoys working as part of a team and has the ability work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, highly motivated, has exceptional attention to detail and strives for service perfection at all times.

Other desirable skills include:

Casual Night Porter

As Night Porter you will be responsible for creating a warm and friendly welcome to all guests when they arrive and during their stay.

Working overnight you will ensure that our guests receive our award winning service and exceeding our standards with regards to checking in, rooming and departure of the hotel, and any additional requests they may have during the night.

The ideal candidate will be a team player who is a fast learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include

  • Previous experience in similar environment desirable

Part-time Food & Beverage Waiters / Waitresses

To assist in our busy Breakfast and Fine Dining Restaurant

We seek energetic, creative and guest orientated individuals to share their passion for the hospitality industry in delivering an excellent guest experience. Successful candidates will take orders, serve food and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.

You will have responsibility for providing the highest quality of guest service to all our customers during breakfast & dinner service. Applicants must be 18 or over due to licensing laws. The ideal candidates will be polite and well presented. Good customer service and interpersonal skills essential.

Accommodation Attendants (Casual / Seasonal)

Required to maintain public areas, hotel rooms and surrounding luxurious lodges to our accredited service standards. Along side oversee laundry from lodges and the hotel and to assist with housekeeping of guest rooms and lodges. Applicants must have an eye for detail and a good standard of English.
