THE THAI SPA
THAI SPA MANAGER
Required to work in The Resort's truly authentic thai spa, where 9 Thai Therapists are employed to deliver a menu of traditional and modern Thai Spa Treatments.
The Thai Spa Manager is responsible for:
- The daily operation of The Thai Spa,
- Developing employee relations,
- Overseeing and maximising spa sales and implementing strategies to achieve financial targets.
- Maintaining our 5 star accredited customer service levels are central to the role and ensuring The Thai Spa staff are trained and mentored to consistently attain service standards.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant third level qualification and previous experience in a similar role with proven operational and commercial skills, IT experience and effective written and interpersonal communication skills.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
SOMMELIER
Responsible for the development of all wine lists, delivery of wine service and training of all food and beverage staff. You will pair and suggest wines that best complement each particular food menu item and have the skills to advise guests on same.
The ideal candidate will have previous knowledge and experience in a similar position.
