The Seafood Experience
The Seafood Experience, an eclectic yet rustic Dining and Restaurtant Experience, situated behind the ninth green of The Faldo Championship Course, with spectacular views over Lower Lough Erne, will open Spring 2010.
The Seafood Experience offer Diners an intimate restaurant setting, seating 34 Diners and will open daily 7-10pm. The Menu, composed by Acclaimed Chef, Noel McMeel, will feature the very best of Fresh Local Seafood including Carlingford Oysters, Roast Fillet of Local Trout, Steamed Mussels and the Signature Dish ‘The “Lough Erne” Seafood Platter’.
As Members of Good Food Ireland, The Resort is committed to prioritizing the core indigenous ingredients of Irish cuisine and promoting local and artisan food producers.
