Lough Erne Resort Winemakers Dinner Series 17th May 2010
The second Winemakers dinner of the 2010 series, will be held on Monday 17th May 2010 in association with Boekenhoutskloof Estate represented by Marc Carter Kent, Kevin Devlin of James Nicholson Wines and Noel McMeel, Executive Head Chef, Lough Erne Resort. Located in the furthest flung corner of the Franschhoek valley the Boekenhoutskloof farm is a 40 minute drive from Cape Town, South Africa. Marc Carter Kent is the Chief Winemaker at Boekenhoutskloof having completed his training at Elsenburg Agriculturial College; Marc has been known to employ some unconventional grape combinations and winemaking methodolgies.
