Our resident Sommelier will guide you through our Wine List, which brings together a unique and extensive collection of classic wines from the traditional regions of France, Italy and Spain, combined with the best new labels from countries as diverse as Austria, Argentina, and Australia. The Resort’s Wine List was created in association with Jane Boyce, Ireland's first female Master of Wine ,who is still the only person to hold the qualification in Northern Ireland.
