The Activity is divided into 2 specific progressive business phases namely Getting Afloat – the initial set up of the business and Staying Afloat – the subsequent running of the business. The teams success shall be determined by their ability to meet or exceed the need identified. Leadership, problem solving, clear and concise communication, negotiation, delegation and trust are challenged throughout the game providing excellent realistic learning opportunity and FUN for all involved.
